Vida Ambrosio's Tamale Pie Recipe

Vida Ambrosio's tamale pie:

4 XLNT tamales (you can get them at the store)1 pkg Mexican style cheese

1 large can creamed corn

2 cans homel chili (no beans)

sour cream

guacamole



Pleace tamales in PYREX baking dish (spray PAM on the bottom)

In large bowl, mix chili and corn together.....put on top of tamales to cover



Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes.....remove and cover with cheese and put back in oven for 15 minutes ( or until it is melted to perfection)



garnish with sour cream/guac/olives and devour....but don't let Triple eat it.....not a good doggy dish....
